The number of homes for sale in Tiburon has been moving up, as has the average days on the real estate market.  The positive light?  The number of Tiburon home sales has outnumbered new inventory, which has driven prices up slightly. As mentioned in previous reports, August is typically a slow Marin real estate month, particularly the last few weeks as schools get back in session.
