Ginger- I just saw a listing for almost 2 Million with pictures that don’t showcase the property well at all. Especially the front of the Home. I was very surprised. Some of my pictures are pretty good, some OK, and some, well Ihave to reshoot them

Amazing the difference a pro makes, isn’t it? (a good analogy for people thinking about FSBO)

Though since we all aspire to Teresa’s talent, you might dig this “How to Photograph Houses” ebook that my friends at ILHM put out. Good stuff in here

You would think this to be a no-brainer, but alas… Agents need to think of good photography as the best marketing value they will find! Thanks for putting it out there!

Chris, I think photography is probably second only to the price of a home in terms of importance. If the photos aren’t good, most buyers will never take a look at the home!
