Ginger Wilcox is a Broker Associate at Alain Pinel.
She is an accomplished speaker, writer and trainer on the real estate industry, online marketing and social media strategy.
She began her real estate career at a very young age in 1989. Working in a variety of roles, Ginger gained extensive knowledge in residential real estate, title and escrow. She received her Arizona real estate license in 1996 and her California Broker’s license in 2003. Ginger has an extensive background in strategic business, sales and marketing planning, giving her a great insight into current technologies and market trends.
Ginger is the publisher of www.BlogbytheBay.com, a highly regarded Bay Area real estate blog and was recognized as one of the top 10 women bloggers in real estate in 2009.
Ginger is recognized as a leader in the field of real estate and online marketing. Her recent speaking engagements include the National Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference, Inman Real Estate Connect New York, Mainstreet Chicago Association of REALTORS®, Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS®, ReTech South, Real Estate Blog World and New Media expo, and many more.
Ginger graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in journalism and a minor in political science. In her “spare” time, Ginger is also a devoted volunteer in the community. She currently serves as Provisional Education Chair for the Junior League of San Francisco, overseeing training for almost 200 new members, and is also an Executive Vice President on the Board of the Kentfield Schools Foundation. Ginger chaired the award winning Junior League of San Francisco Home Tour, Give My Regards to Broadway in 2006 and has worked with a variety of other community organizations including the Marin Family Service Agency, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the San Francisco Symphony, Booker T. Washington Community Service Center and more.
