UPDATE: Between January 1897 and sometime in 1898 the hotel was run by Edmund L. Merwin and called the Hotel Merwin. After Merwin departed, Harry Hopkins took over operation of the hotel and changed the name back to Hotel Larkspur. In 1910 the hotel was expanded with the ground floor and pillars faced in locally quarried blue rock, and the hotel name changed to the Blue Rock Hotel.

Great article! We haven’t had any problems with lock boxes yet (knock on wood)! I agree with you, lockboxes really are safe in almost all cases. With the kind of information that Supra provides now, it’s nearly impossible for something to go wrong.

Boy, it sure would be nice to convince sellers of this. Of course the biggest problem that I could foresee is that almost every male homeowner fancies himself an amateur home inspector, and would insist on doing it himself. LOL.

I totally agree that agents need to be extremely careful with confidentiality! Having a blog that is pretty candid, myself, this article will certainly be a sharp reminder of the pitfalls of “over-sharing!”

The Marin Camp Fair (www.marincampfair.com) is coming up. Over 50 day camps in Marin and resident summer camps throughout California will be on hand to answer questions about their kids camps. The camp fair will be held at Dominican University of California in the Conlan gym. Central location, spacious parking, etc.
